Developing Your Teaching Philosophy

Many academic employers require a teaching philosophy statement as part of the application process. In this interactive session, we will discuss research on hiring committees’ use of teaching philosophy statements, examine sample philosophies, and work through activities designed to help participants start writing their own statement.

This session has moved to the Great Lakes room located on the 4th floor of Plamer Commons.

We also offer the same information in an online workshop which runs from 11/20 to 12/4. Information about the online workshop can be accessed by clicking here.
