Teaching Text that Contain Racist Language - Faculty Audience

In this 90 minute interactive online session, participants will explore the hotly debated issue of how faculty can engage literary and other texts that they are teaching that contain racist language and racial slurs. The workshop is designed to help participants think through both course design and in-class facilitation practices that will encourage  impactful, ethical, and just learning experiences for their students.
