The CRLT Theatre program serves higher education communities by providing innovative, interactive sessions for faculty, graduate students, and university leaders. We use research-based performances to deepen participants’ understandings of the differential barriers members of the academy encounter when working and/or learning in academic spaces. Subsequent facilitated reflection and discussion supports them in  developing the skills necessary for individual, collective, and structural change.
