Ethriam Brammer
Ethriam Cash Brammer is a Chicano writer and scholar of P’urhépecha descent, currently serving as Assistant Dean for Rackham Graduate School at the University of Michigan and DEI Implementation Lead. In this role, Dr. Brammer advances diversity, equity, and inclusion through climate initiatives, recruitment, mentoring, and academic development. Collaborating with faculty, he shapes strategies to support a diverse and intellectually rich graduate community. His scholarly work includes translating early U.S. Latinx literature and authoring bilingual children’s books. Recent research highlights graduate student success, including a pioneering study on students with disabilities. Dr. Brammer chairs the Michigan Humanities Council, furthering social justice in the arts.

Kim Elliott
Kim Elliott is Assistant Dean at the University of Michigan’s School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS), where she champions student success through a welcoming and inclusive environment. Known for her innovative approach, Kim has launched initiatives like the Next-Gen Scholars program, the SEAS & PitE Student Center, and the Collective Impact Committee, each enhancing student engagement. Her twenty years of leadership at the University and prior experience in business and television highlight her versatility. Kim’s leadership, commitment to student well-being, and talent for team-building make her an invaluable asset to the SEAS and broader university community.

Jolene Bostwick
Jolene Bostwick is Assistant Dean for Co-Curriculum and Professional Development at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and a Clinical Professor. With a PharmD from Michigan, Jolene practiced psychiatric pharmacy for 15 years before taking on her current role. She now oversees student well-being, career services, and organizations for Doctor of Pharmacy students. A key initiative is her “Well-being for Professional Success” course, focusing on resilience, self-care, and stress management. Beyond work, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her family, staying active at Orangetheory, and indulging in acai bowls and audiobooks between her adventures.

Kelcey Stratton
Kelcey Stratton is the Chief Behavioral Health Strategist at the University of Michigan and a Clinical Assistant Professor in Psychiatry. Her work focuses on “helping the helpers,” providing mental health support to veterans, healthcare professionals, educators, and development volunteers. As a clinical psychologist, she leads mental health initiatives for university staff and faculty, specializing in resilience, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. Her commitment to stress management and reflective practices promotes compassion and wisdom across the university community, making her an integral advocate for mental well-being in academia and healthcare.

Lindsey Mortenson
Lindsey Mortenson is the Executive Director of University Health & Counseling, the newly merged unit comprising UHS and CAPS with 220+ multidisciplinary staff who care for more than 32,000+ individuals annually. She is the inaugural Student Life Chief Mental Health Officer, Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, and is clinically active in the UHC Student Psychiatry Clinic, and at U-M Psychiatric Emergency Services. She is board-certified in psychiatry and board-eligible in clinical informatics. Combining these two areas of expertise and passion, she has championed data transparency and data-informed approaches to care and population health through the creation of campus mental health dashboards and key quality indicators.
