Developing a Learner-centered & Equity-minded Syllabus

How inviting is your syllabus?  Does it get students excited to learn and provide a roadmap for success? Does it make room for diversity and inclusion and ensure equity? During this interactive synchronous session, we’ll discuss the features and components of a learner-centered, equity-minded syllabus. Participants engage in reviewing their syllabus with an inclusive and equity-minded approach and then identify and apply ways to revise their syllabus so that it serves both as a learning device and a guide for students.
