Campus Wide New Faculty Orientation 2023

The Campus-Wide New Faculty Orientation (NFO), sponsored by the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT), is designed to help new faculty members prepare for their first year at the University of Michigan. The program will include welcoming remarks by President Santa Ono and Vice President for Research Rebecca Cunningham. It will also include a CRLT Players performance and interactive sessions in which faculty can share experiences and strategize about good teaching. The program will also feature a luncheon during which Provost Laurie McCauley will speak followed by an Information Fair with representatives from key University offices.
