SLAM: The Stats 250 E2Coach Project: What did we do? What did we learn?

In this session, Brenda Gunderson and Omar Chavez describe how they implemented E2Coach, a tailored communication system, in Statistics 250. Because of the size of the course and the on-line resources already in use in this course, this implementation generated ample data which have been explored to identify best practices for tailored communication in the educational setting.
