This is a hands-on session showcasing the Canvas learning management system (LMS) that GSIs might use in their classrooms, especially given that Canvas will be replacing CTools for courses this fall term. We'll start off with an overview of Canvas. Next, we'll have two segments where GSIs can choose one of the Canvas features and move into small groups for hands-on exploration of the selected option, examples of class use, and ways to get started with the tool. This session will be for grad students and postdocs only. At least one small group will be available specifically for GTC+ participants.

Please bring a laptop or tablet to the session for the hands-on segment if you can.
