The session will feature conversation and Q&A with tenured faculty of color including Dr. Maria Cotera, Associate Professor of American Culture and Women’s Studies, Dr. Ruby Tapia, Associate Professor of English and Women's Studies, and Dr. Alford Young, Arthur F.
